At VP England, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our updated Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To request a return or refund, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

  1. The unopened parcel from all sides
  2. The entire opening process
  3. The product clearly visible at the moment it is removed from the package

No return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted without proper video proof.

2. Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)

  1. Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The product must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  3. Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  4. Only the same product, in the same design and size, will be accepted for replacement.
  5. Products returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.

3. What Can Be Returned

Returns are accepted only if:

  1. The product is damaged
  2. The product is defective
  3. You received the wrong product
  4. Printing or quality issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video proof

Returns due to wrong size selection or change of mind are not accepted.

4. Replacement Policy

  1. Replacement will be issued only after video verification.
  2. Replacement is provided for the same product and same size, subject to stock availability.
  3. If a replacement is not available, the refund will be issued to the VP England Wallet.

5. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are issued only to the VP England Wallet.
  2. Wallet balance can be used for any future purchases on our website.
  3. Bank transfer, UPI refund, or payment gateway refund is not available.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

  1. Shipping charges, courier fees, COD charges, and handling charges are non-refundable.
  2. In case of an approved refund, only the product amount will be credited to the VP England Wallet.
  3. No refund will be provided for any shipping, delivery, or service-related charges.

7. When Return / Refund Will NOT Be Accepted

Your return or refund request will be rejected if:

  1. No unboxing video is provided
  2. The video is unclear, edited, or incomplete
  3. Product has been used, washed, or damaged
  4. Product tags or packaging are missing
  5. Wrong size was ordered by the customer
  6. Reason for return is “change of mind”
  7. Claim is made after 7 days of delivery
  8. Colour difference caused by lighting or screen display
  9. Proof does not show any issue

8. Return Shipping Charges

  1. If the product delivered is defective or incorrect, VP England will cover return shipping charges.
  2. For customer-initiated returns (if eligible), the customer may be responsible for return courier charges.

9. Process to Request Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, email us at vpenglandhelp@gmail.com with:

  1. Order ID
  2. Reason for return
  3. Mandatory unboxing video
  4. Photos of the product (if needed)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–72 hours.
